Anti-Personnel ‘Soft-Kill’ Em Weaponry
Since World War II at least, the world’s leading powers, especially the USSR and the USA have invested considerable resources in R&D of a variety of electro-magnetic and other mind control techniques, meant to both defeat enemies in a war and modify the behaviour of individuals and social groups, presumably in order to secure submission to the established authorities.
4) Dr Ross Adey, formerly of the Brain Research Center at the University of Southern California, worked on the CIA’s infamous Pandora project. His research involved inducing ofspecific behavior modifications by electromagnetic means. In his pioneering work, Dr. Ross Adey determined that emotional states and behavior can be remotely influenced merely by placing a subject in an electromagnetic field. He also demonstrated that EM radiation, properly modulated and pulsed, can induce calcium efflux events to interfere with brain’s function---the so-called “confusion weaponry”. Again, this is by 1970.5) Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for Stanford Research Institute (which is a leading military contractor), “developed [in 1974] a computer system capable of reading a person’s mind. It correlated brain waves on an electroencephalograph (EEG) with specific commands.
6) Dr. Eldon Byrd, a Navy medical engineer with a graduate degree from George Washington University, worked on the Polaris weapon system as an engineer, worked for Naval Surface Weapons Office, was tasked in 1980- 1981 by the US Marine Corps as Project manager to develop non-lethal electromagnetic weapons for purposes including “riot control”, clandestine operations and hostage removal. Worked on ELF, non-linear magnetics. He worked with Ross Adey, Dr. Elizabeth Roscher, Michael Persinger on the ability to entrain human brainwaves at a distance. And he said, “We accomplished it.” 1980. His project went dark after that. It was taken away from him. He had it confirmed from a senator—Senator Pell—confirmed for him that his project went dark. Byrd was quoted in a lecture around 2001 as saying, “Is Mind Control Possible? Absolutely. There is a mountain of evidence.” He went on to say that, “Today we know there are technologies that can induce sound into the brain at a distance, can monitor and alter brainwaves at a distance, can alter behavior at a distance, can induce images into the brain at a distance, can target individual organs at a distance. Can disrupt the calcium ions binding on individual cell surfaces at a distance, creating pain and other effects anywhere in the body. Mind control technology exists, without a question.” Less than a year later, Dr. Byrd was dead. Maybe it was a coincidence.7) A 1980 NASA document [NASA abstract Report Number: AD-A090426, June 1, 1980] described that one can remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwave…. By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created.1980. Yes, 1980.8) For further documentation, I recommend the following webpage: educate-yourself.org/mc/listofmcsymptoms05jun03.shtml. This web page documents that there is truly a mountain of evidence about these terrifying weapons. Some highlight include the PROVEN capabilities to induce false memories in the brain, Subliminal command implantation into the brain to modify behavior (including suppressing dissidents).

THE WORK OF ALLAN H. FREY
In 1960, biologist Allan Frey, then 25, was working at General Electric’s Advanced Electronics Center at Cornell University when he was contacted by a technician whose job was to measure the signals emitted by radar stations. The technician claimed that he could “hear” radar.
Frey traveled to the facility where the man worked and stood at the edge of the radar beam. “And sure enough, I could hear it, too,” he said. “I could hear the radar going ‘zip, zip, zip’.” Frey went on to establish that the effect was real—microwave radiation from radar (and other source) could somehow be heard by human beings. The “hearing,” however, didn’t happen via normal sound waves perceived through the ear. It apparently occurred somewhere in the brain itself, as microwaves interacted with the brain’s cells, which generate tiny electrical fields. Frey proved also that many deaf people and animals could hear microwave radiation. This phenomenon came to be known as the Frey effect, or simply “microwave hearing.”
At that time the U.S. military, which was interested in greatly expanding its use of radar around populated areas, had substantial funding available to investigate the effects of such radiation on health. For the next two decades Frey, funded by the Office of Naval Research and the U.S. Army, was the most active researcher on the bioeffects of microwave radiation in the country. Frey caused rats to become docile by exposing them to radiation at an average power level of only 50 microwatts per square centimeter. He altered specific behaviors of rats at 8 microwatts per square centimeter. He altered the heart rate of live frogs at 3 microwatts per square centimeter. At only 0.6 microwatts per square centimeter, he caused isolated frogs’ hearts to stop beating by timing the microwave pulses at a precise point during the heart’s rhythm. 0.6 microwatts per square centimeter is about 10,000 times less than the amount of radiation an active cell phone would expose a man’s heart to if he carried it in his shirt pocket.
In a study published in 1975 in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, Frey reported that microwaves could induce “leakage” in the barrier between the circulatory system and the brain. Breaching the blood-brain barrier is a serious matter. It means that bacteria, viruses and toxins from the blood can enter the brain. It means the brain’s environment, which needs to be extremely stable for nerve cells to function properly, can be perturbed in other dangerous ways. Frey’s method was rather simple: He injected a fluorescent dye into the circulatory system of white rats, then swept the ¬microwave frequencies across their bodies. In a matter of minutes, the dye had leached into the confines of the rats’ brains. Dr. Leif Salford, whose work is also highlighted here, is currently the most active researcher continuing Frey’s pioneering work on the blood-brain barrier.
During 1989 CNN aired a programme on electromagnetic weapons and showed a US government document that outlined a contingency plan to use EM weapons against “terrorists”. Prior to the show a DoD medical engineer sourced a story claiming that in the context of conditioning, microwaves and other modalities had regularly been used against Palestinians. During 1993 Defense News, the prestigious US weekly announced that Russian government was discussing with American counterparts the transfer of technical information and equipment known as “Acoustic Psycho-correction”. The Russians claimed that this device involves “the transmission of specific commands via static or white noise bands into the human subconscious without upsetting other intellectual functions.” Experts said that demonstrations of this equipment have shown “encouraging” results “after exposure of less than one minute,” and has produced “the ability to alter behaviour on willing and unwilling subjects.” The article goes on to explain that combined “software and hardware associated with the (sic) psycho-correction programme could be procured for as little as US$80,000. The Russians went on to observe that “World opinion is not ready for dealing appropriately with the problems coming from the possibility of direct access to the human mind.” Acoustic psycho-correction dates back to the mid 1970’s and can be used to “suppress riots, control dissidents, demoralise or disable opposing forces and enhance the performance of friendly special operations teams.” One US concern in relation to this device, was aired by Janet Morris of the Global Strategy Council, a Washington based think tank established by former CIA deputy director, Ray Cline, who noted that “Ground troops risk exposure to bone-conducting sound that cannot be offset by earplugs or other protective gear.” In recent months I met with and discussed Russian research efforts, with a contact who had visited Russia earlier this year. He, in turn, met with a number of Russian scientists who are knowledgeable in this field. I have few doubts that the Defense News article cited earlier is fundamentally accurate.
Dr. Ross Adey, in his pioneering work determined that that emotional states and behaviour can be remotely influenced merely by placing a subject in an electromagnetic field. By directing a carrier frequency to stimulate the brain and using amplitude modulation to shape the wave to mimic a desired EEG frequency he was able to impose a 4.5 CPS theta rhythm on his subjects. Drs Joseph Sharp and Allen Frey experimented with microwaves seeking to transmit spoken words directly into the audio cortex via a pulsed-microwave analog of the speaker’s sound vibration. Indeed, Frey’s work in this field, dating back to 1960 gave rise to the so called “Frey effect” which is now more commonly referred to as “microwave hearing.” Within the Pentagon this ability is now known as “Artificial Telepathy”. Adey and others have compiled an entire library of frequencies and pulsation rates which can effect the mind and nervous system
During the siege of Waco, Texas, last year, FBI agents discussed with Russian counterparts the use of Acoustic psycho-correction on David Koresh and the Branch Davidians. In the event it is understood that this contingency did not proceed. However, some unusual EM weapons were deployed at Waco. BBC World News, and additional FBI film-footage (in the possession of this writer) show both the Russian equipment being demonstrated, as well as previously unseen noise generator and an unusual low frequency strobe array in use at Waco.
In layman’s terms, microwave and pseudo-ELF were more effective at mind control than pure ELF. RMCT, the means of mind controlling and slowly killing victims using pseudo-ELF – that is amplitude or pulse modulation of microwaves, UHF or RF – at ELF frequencies was born.
This was developed into a whole array of weapons systems based on the dramatic effects of pseudo-ELFs on mind controlling, elctro-chemically zombifying or inducing cancer in victims. ELF or pseudo-ELF was also found to be able to cut or damage DNA, which partially explains the carcinogenic effects of pulse or amplitude modulated microwave, UHF or RF.
In Britain, microwave is defined as between 300 MHz to 300 GHz, or in USA terms above 1 GHz.
Ross Adey’s research was done on 450 MHz carriers [som det gamle NMT-nettet, red.anm.] used to broadcast pseudo-ELFs via pulse or amplitude modulation, his colleagues carried out the same research at 147 MHz (these frequencies have been defined as UHF and VHF respectively in US terms).
This research allows the weaponisation of any microwave, UHF or RF transmitter, if pseudo-ELF could be induced upon it by pulse or amplitude modulation at ELF frequency. The new science of RMCT spawned a new range of EM weapons to mind control and murder by use of pseudo-ELF.
For a specific example, the new TETRA system which will be used by the police and emergency services in the UK for communication, uses between 380 and 400 MHz, which is switched on and off at such a pulse rate that a pseudo-ELF of 17.6 Hz (17.6 times per second) is produced. this means the brain and nervous system are hit by pulses of UHF (USA terms) microwave (UK terms) every 1/17.6th of a second.
This is rather like electrochemical hammer blows to the head at a rate of 17.6 every second. Some of us find hammer drills irritating to listen to, imagine 17.6 hammer-like blows being delivered to the nervous and endocrinal system, at a cellular level – might this not have a disruptive effect on the organism? Since the cells communicate to each other in the ELF range, these hammer-like blows of pseudo-ELF disrupts and derange cellular activities, leading to dysfunction, behavioural changes and onset of carcinogenic proteins which can lead to the organism developing tumours.
The UK Government is now spending £2.5 million to fully implement a nation-wide deployment of CIA mind-control technology. The TETRA system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the Pandora Project funded by the CIA in the late ’60s and early ’70s. Dr Ross Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states.
